EGKENN Vacuum Technology sp. z o. o. is the Vacuum Chamber Design & Manufacturer of High & Ultra High Vacuum Chambers / Vessels, Cryostat Vacuum Beamlines
and associated equipment such as CF, KF (QF), ISO flanges.

Vacuum Chambers / Vessels are offered in Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloy or Carbon Steel (usually Electroless Nickel plated) and Copper.

Vacuum levels that we manufacture our chambers:
- “ Low vacuum ” vacuum range between atmosphere (105 Pa) and 1 mbar (100 Pa). 
- “ Medium vacuum ” vacuum range between 1 mbar (100 Pa) and 10^-3 mbar (0.1 Pa). 
- “ High vacuum ” vacuum range between 10^-3 mbar (0.1 Pa) and 10^-6 mbar (10^-4 Pa). 
- “ Very High vacuum ” vacuum range between 10^-6 mbar (10^-4 Pa) and 10^-9 mbar (10^-7 Pa). 
- “ Ultra High vacuum (UHV) ” vacuum range between 10^-9 mbar (10^-7 Pa) and 10^-11 mbar (10^-9 Pa).

Fabrication:
We can offer welded fabrications and Chambers up to 2 tonnes in several different stainless steel and aluminium grades

Finishing works:
For our chambers on customers request we can offer dull polished 240 grit finish intetnally with optional electro polishing and on external surfaces - Glass Bead Blasting using virgin media or Power Coating.

Testing:

- Edwards X OS 35i (Roughing Pump)
- Oerlikon TurboVac TMP 361 (Turbo Pump)
- SRS RGA 200 (Residual Gas Analizing inside Vacuum Chambers)

CAD:     
We can produce fully detailed drawings from your conceptual designs using Solid Works 3D.

Quality Control / Inspection :
Our company uses FAROArm to check dimensionally fabrications and manufactured components as well as CMM
